Lemongrass Basil Fried Rice I fried on copper pan so I didn’t need oil. I used the drippings from shrimp to flavor the rice before adding fresh basil (wow) minced garlic and lemongrass puree- which kicked the flavor up 10 notches. I used brown rice instead of white. I usually dont eat the rice- just the veggies and shrimp but hubby does.
