So I asked u to guess what I was making- from ingredients I posted and it’s Turkey Stuffed Poblanos- like an unfried- no egg Chile Relleno so it’s lighter. I made a non dairy for hubby. Recipe from Chef David Padilla. Note: We never finely mince or chop onions in our house bc we only like to flavor the food not “chew” onions. This was a great low carb meal. The peppers were passive aggressive. Didn’t know they stayed around to kick you later bc they start off mild. First experience with the Poblano. Fun and really good.
