1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic (or more if you can’t get enough garlic!)
1 tablespoon powdered ginger
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons olive oil
chopped green onion
1 bag steamed broccoli
Boil in a bag rice
Whisk together honey, ginger, garlic and soy sauce
Season shrimp with salt and pepper
Pour soy marinade over shrimp in a plastic bag and marinade for 15 minutes
Cook broccoli and rice according to packaging instructions
Heat skillet to medium high and add oil
Add shrimp and marinade and cook til pink
Thinly slice green onion for garnish
Plate and eat!
